In honor of Halloween, I ran on the orange and black (and blue) trails in Bemis Woods South from Ogden Avenue to I-294 and along the Salt Creek and back with some backtracking. Robin walked most of the route(4:27-5:29). I ran across Proska Park and back home(6:04-6:45).
